Leading e-commerce retail company (www.audiotronics.es) needs to incorporate two partners for the expansion of the business in Germany. The partners will deal with the global management of the company in Germany in coordination with a third person from the current team of Audiotronics in Spain. High business profile is required with experiences in on-line retail managment.
The head quarter will be set in Düsseldorf /Köln area.
After parteners are found, we will sign the contracts to created the company in Germany and each partener will get 10% of the share of the company (no investment is required). Salary will be proportionated by the company profits. It is estimated to be around 170K euros/year after three years.
It is essential for both candidates to be native German with fluent English. High business profile with experieces in on-line retail management. In additon, candidates should have one of the following abilities.
1. High knowledge of accounting to keep the book-keeping of the company.
2. Knowledge in commercial law, with minimum of 5 year sales experience.
Knowledge of spanish will be helpful but not necessary.
